At ALMADA LABEL, we strive for perfection in every silhouette; however, if your purchase isn't quite right, you may return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags securely attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold the garments into their original packaging and include the printed return form to ensure efficient processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal confirmation and drop off the parcel at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
